Description
Early 7th Century Saxon Radiate Brooch
This early 7th century radiate brooch has a pyramid shaped head with circular projections at each point.
The whole brooch has incised decoration around the edge. It is most unusual in that it still retains its complete pin and catch plate. The brooch measures 72 mm in length and is 30 mm wide at the head.
