Genuine

All items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis and are sold as original and genuine. However, if any customer is not satisfied with a purchase, returns can be made.

Payment

Payment is made at checkout via PayPal. Personal cheques are also accepted within the UK, as are Bank Transfers (for details, please telephone or email at the above contacts.) For international transfers, bank charges may apply.

ReCaptcha

Please note, we are obliged to add a ReCaptcha verification to checkout, required by bank card providers, which helps to prevent fraudulent activity. This has been added very recently, so if any customers have a problem, please contact us immediately.

Postage Charges

Postage is charged on all items and depends on the weight of the item, its value, and destination. It is our policy to send all items above a value of £50.00 by Royal Mail Special Delivery in the U.K. and Airsure or International Signed For to overseas destinations. The postage for multiple purchases is combined and calculated at checkout. A full list of postage options is available on our delivery and shipping page.

Delivery

Deliveries usually take between 3 and 5 days in the U.K., though the aim is to dispatch immediately, and most customers receive their purchase between 1 and 2 days. Delivery times for International orders are between 3 and 7 days. If there are any delays in posting, the customer will be informed.

Returns

All our items are sold as genuine, but if any item should prove unsatisfactory to the purchaser, it is our policy to issue a refund on return of the item. Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt in the U.K. and 28 days for international sales. However, we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of items not returned using a confirmed postal service suitable for the value of the item. In addition, we cannot accept liability for any exchange rate movement, and refunds are made in sterling or the equivalent at the time of the refund payment.

Payment in Instalments

Arrangements can be made to purchase items in instalments with an initial 10% deposit to reserve the item. The difference can be paid in monthly instalments at a rate agreed on by the purchaser.
