14th Century Quatrefoil Heraldic Pendant Depicting a Lion Rampant SOLD
This 14th century small heraldic horse pendant is quatrefoil in shape and its central motif depicts a lion rampant on a red background within a lozenge. At each point of the lozenge there are Fleur de Lis motifs, which are on a blue background. The red enameling within the lozenge shape is 90% complete, whilst the blue enameling is approximately 50%.
The heraldic pendant still retains its attached fixing loop. It measures 30 mm in length and 20 mm in width. This is a very neat little heraldic pendant in very good condition.
