Postal charges are based on the weight of the item purchased and we provide a variety of postal services relevant to the value of the products. We aim to keep postage prices to a competitive rate, at the same time ensuring safe and efficient delivery.

Products with a value between £40.00 and £500.0 and weight up to 0.10kg are sent by Special Next Day Delivery at a charge of £6.00 ( weight up to 0.50kg £6.25). Products with a value below £40.00 are sent using the First Class Signed For service (0.10kg £2.00, 0.25kg £2.50, 2.00kg £4.00). We have introduced separate categories for U.S.A. Airsure U.S.A, which has worked successfully and the Europe category for European customers. Please note, addresses in Eire fall into the European category, whereas Northern Ireland is part of the UK postal system. For a list of postage options please see Constantius Contact.

Our system is also programmed to combine postage on multiple purchases and the postage charge is calculated automatically at checkout.

Payment facilities include Google Checkout,  Paypal or personal cheques.

Returns Policy and Guarantees

All our items are genuine and carry a life-time guarantee. If any purchase should prove unsatisfactory to the customer, we offer a full refund on return of the item or part-exchange for a preferred item.

Payment in instalments

During the present economic climate, we are aware that investment in medals and other valuable, historical items presents a large outlay of money. Therefore, we offer an instalment plan, which may be of benefit to investors and collectors. Payment for an item can be split into two or more instalments, depending on the value of the item.  When payment is complete the reserved item can then be sent to the purchaser.
